This 7-day meal plan is based on a whole foods diet, and is designed to bring more fruits and vegetables into your daily life. It’s perfect for those of you who know you need to make a change, but aren’t sure where to start. It’s also great if you’ve fallen off the wagon with your healthy habits and are looking for some inspiration to jump back on.

One-on-One Coaching:

The first step in all of my packages is to get a good understanding of your current situation, and to examine potential contributors to your depleted energy. There are many causes of fatigue, and a comprehensive intake assessment can help to identify any dietary or lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your energy situation.

During our first visit, we will review past and present medical history, and your 3-day food diary (completed prior to first appointment).

What, when, and how you eat can have significant implications for how you feel in your body, and the 3-day food diary is a critical component of this assessment. Additional tools, customized lab testing, and/or questionnaires may be used to help establish a clearer picture of where you may be experiencing imbalances that are contributing to your fatigue*.

The majority of your customized program will be reviewed at our second intake appointment; however, you may be given some “homework” to focus on after our first meeting (this may include, but is not limited to, basic dietary recommendations, lifestyle suggestions, or further testing/questionnaires).

*Additional costs may incur but these will be discussed on an as-needed basis at the time of the appointment and are not required as part of the intake assessment.
