Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment for services rendered will be collected at the end of in-person nutritional counselling sessions. I accept cash, credit, and e-mail transfer. For online or telephone counselling sessions, payment will be collected prior to the start of the session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible with a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved for you. I need adequate notice of cancellation to allow me enough time to offer your appointment time to someone else. If you do not cancel and/or reschedule before the 24-hour period, and I am unable to fill your spot with another appointment, you will still be charged the full fee for your appointment.
