GOOD NEWS, my friend! There is no wrong answer. If any or all of the above apply, you are in the right place.
I am Coralie, and it is my goal to help you get to the root cause of your perpetual fatigue using a holistic approach. My personalized programs guide you in discovering the right foods for your body, and I will teach you about how a whole foods diet can nourish you to support improved energy and mental clarity so that you can live the life you were meant to.
What’s so great about holistic nutrition anyway?
A practitioner of holistic nutrition is a health professional who assesses one’s health and wellness in the context of the whole person and their life experience, including physical, mental, emotional, social and environmental circumstances. They use food, natural supplements, education, and lifestyle adjustments to empower individuals to make positive changes to their health and well-being so they can reach their optimum potential.
So often, modern day approaches focus on masking symptoms (e.g. drink coffee to boost your energy, take as sleeping pill to help you sleep, etc.) instead of getting to the root cause of what is causing them in the first place (e.g. Why are your energy levels low? What is contributing to your poor sleep?).
Holistic nutritionists dig deeper to find what is causing the imbalance in the first place. Then we look to find natural solutions for optimizing health by using the body’s innate ability to heal itself. WE CATCH HEALTH INSTEAD OF CHASING DISEASE.
How did I get here?
When I graduated from my nursing program in 2008, I was excited to get out into the world and start helping others with all of the knowledge I had gained during my four years of university. But after only a few years of working in a hospital setting, I started to feel that there was something more that needed to be done to help our ailing population. Rather than treating people’s symptoms, it made sense to me that health care providers should be getting to the root of what was causing them in the first place.
I soon realized that I had to be the change I wanted to see in the world, and I enrolled in a 3-year Holistic Nutrition program. It was a challenge while working a full-time job and trying to maintain a social life! But when you are passionate about a topic, it is easy to make the time for it!
After graduating from the Holistic Nutrition program in 2018, my mom was my first client. She, like many of you, suffered from burnout, chronic fatigue, brain fog, problems with sleep, and lack of energy to make healthy food choices. Every opportunity I had, I used it to educate her on how to make small, positive changes that could have a big impact on her health over time. Through proper education about food choices, meal planning, supplementation, and improved coping mechanisms for stress, I was able to coach her to a place where she was able to enjoy reading a book again (and stay awake to remember what she had read), engage in proper meal planning (instead of being too tired to cook a healthy meal), and enjoy a restful sleep (instead of tossing and turning all night). She was able to improve her quality of life through the power of food and lifestyle modifications.
After seeing this transformation in someone I care about so deeply, I knew in my heart that I needed to get myself out there, and share my knowledge with the world. If I can make a difference in just one person’s life – to give them back their vitality, to help them live the life they were meant to live – then I know my job is done.
Want to know more? Here are 10 facts that most people don’t know about me…

- I used to have terrible cystic acne from puberty up until my late 20s, when I decided to cut gluten and dairy out of my diet. Now I get compliments on how healthy my skin looks!

While I am a big fan of sharing my knowledge about food, diets, healthy lifestyle approaches, etc., it is important to remember that nutrition is not a one-size fits all approach. This means that what works for one person may not work for you. Which is why my approach is… all about YOU!
My goal is to work with you, guide you, and educate you. It is to get to the root cause of your concerns, and teach you how to make smarter, empowered, healthier choices that will lead to increased energy, vitality, and the ever-sought-after “good night’s sleep”. I am here as your coach, but ultimately, the path you decide to take is up to you. Are you ready to start your journey?
